OFF HANDS!

“Those who believe in absurdities end up omitting atrocities” [Voltaire, 1694-1778].

Does religion kill?
Is religion violent? It discriminates between those who believe and those who do not. It stereotypes. It divides. It says I am right and you are wrong, or you are right and I am wrong. It judges people. It motivates wars. It even kills. The track record of religious violence is long and bloody and too public to deny.

“'See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god beside me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand."
